We recently attended there 2009 Lei day Celebration.
Ikuna Koa, Victory and Strength, Tongan and Hawaiian words that aptly describe our outrigger clubs attitude and spirit. Originally formed in 1996, it was revitalized in 2002 in the best spirit of Aloha and Ohana, and continues to guide and support those who have found a passion for the ocean, paddling and the ancient traditions surrounding Outrigger canoeing. Ikuna Koa Outrigger Canoe Club is a non profit, all volunteer organization located in San Diego, California on beautiful Mission Bay.

 | Farewell to Our Brother - Wednesday, September 09, 2009
The Bulky Boy Family would like to express our deepest sadness and bid farewell to our ever faithful supporter of the brotherhood, Delta Thompson. Delta lived in a way that was larger than life. Everyone that came in contact with him was touched by his love and positive attitude. Deltz will be missed in a most profound way. R.I.P until we meet again Braddah Deltz!!!
